My hope is that through the content of my site you will become acquainted with who I am and what I am able to offer to you as a client. The client-therapist “fit” is very important, and as such I encourage those considering counselling to not only read about what I have to offer, but also to avail of a complementary 20 minute phone consultation to answer any questions you may have.  From there, my hope is that you will be able to make an informed decision about whether you would like me to journey with you towards your goals. 

As you consider the decision to pursue counselling, I also invite you to reflect not only on the concerns for which you would like assistance, but also on what you would like to see different in your life. What kind of changes are you seeking, and how will you know that you have achieved them? The answers to these questions can help shape the goals that we focus on during each counselling session.

In addition to in-person sessions at my office, I also offer my services via telephone and the internet. For those who prefer to walk and talk, there are also options to take our conversation outdoors.
